I just got this product wasted no time using it and I’m glad to say it’s no joke. If you want results you have to be willing to take a little pain. This was my first time using any type is EMS products so I started on low frequencies then uped the frequency to about as high as I could stand it and let the belt do its job. After the 30 minutes timed out I could definitely feel my abs tingling and still a little hard.

Take your time and use this device carefully. Btw I’m 6’5” about 225-230 and I have a little belly not rolls but a little belly if you adjust the frequency high enough it’s gonna work. I’d still recommend you try to make good health decisions there are no short cuts to how you want to look ideally.
